A Line of Light in a Calm Geometry
Project: Boform Copenhagen
Photography: Caroline Sternsdorf
In this renovated 1960s villa in Amager, the architecture is guided by a restrained palette of greys, soft textures and carefully chosen materials. The interior unfolds quietly – stainless steel with framed niches balancing open space, and long, uninterrupted lines defining the way light moves through the home.
Within this calm composition, the ANOUR I-MODEL Cord becomes the central gesture of the kitchen: a single, precise line suspended over the steel island, shaping how the room feels and functions.
The lamp becomes more than a fixture; it becomes an anchor. A point of clarity within the kitchen, balancing the weight of the steel island and softening its edges through a measured, atmospheric glow. Its simplicity aligns naturally with Boform’s approach – quiet craftsmanship, honest materials, and a focus on how design shapes daily ritual.
