EXTENDED WARRANTY REGISTRATION
Your ANOUR lamp is handcrafted with care using refined materials and advanced LED technology, designed for years to come. Register your lamp to activate a total warranty of 5 years from the original purchase date. Please have your order confirmation and warranty card ready when filling out the form.
By registering, you’ll receive extended warranty protection (2 years standard in Denmark / 1 year standard in EU and internationally, extended to 5 years in total), priority support for any future service needs, and occasional updates on new collections and care guidance.
What the warranty covers
The extended warranty covers defects in electrical and functional components under normal use.
This includes defects in LED modules, drivers and internal electronics, wiring and electrical functionality.
If a defect is confirmed, ANOUR will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected component.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover natural aging and surface changes, including patina, oxidation, discolouration, scratches, dents or other cosmetic wear.
It also does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, accidents or negligence.
The warranty further excludes damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance, unauthorised modifications, repairs or use of non‑original parts, installation, dismantling or reinstallation costs, and any indirect or consequential damages.
Registration requirements
To qualify for the extended warranty, the product must be registered within 30 days of delivery/receipt.
A valid warranty code must be provided.
ANOUR reserves the right to request proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or invoice) when processing warranty claims.
Statutory rights
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
